We've hosted with UK2 for more than 13 years now, and have seen major changes in the company since we started. Sure, there have been troubles on the road to where they are now. What hosting company hasn't had problems?
I personally have used both the 'ticket' support, and the MoreUK2 support on a number of occasions. With the 'ticket' support, yes, one or two have had tardy responses, but all have been answered to my satisfaction, and in a perfectly timeous manner (hindsight is wonderful!)
The MoreUK2 support system is outstanding.
We've got no plans to change (why would we?)
If you want a progressive hosting company, and aren't afraid to tinker about and learn if you need to, then UK2 are great. Keep it up guys!
