Verified Review

Dreadful and we are preparing legal proceedings against the Ringover Group.

Ginelle, Julien and Thomas were all completely complacent in their jobs. They have no idea what they are doing and throughout the whole time we were with Ringover we have seen nothing but utter disgrace from the whole team. Lack of communication, lack of support, lack of service - and when complaining daily, no resolutions were made. To this day, we still do not have half of our company phone numbers, we can not make calls or SMS, and now Ringover have issued us with an illegal warning of closure within less than 48 hours (completely against the contract signed, they have a 3 month clause) and have gone even further in their utter lack of business practice - they have blocked all of our numbers so we cannot get in contact. They have also stopped our service today (24 hours before they have said it will stop) which is against their contract again.

Ringover are refusing any contact and will not assist in porting our numbers away from them. After taking 6 months to NOT port our numbers from our previous provider, they then do this.

Utterly disgusting company and would never recommend to anyone.

You will NOT receive what you paid for.

Edit: We have now received confirmation from our phone number carrier that someone on the Ringover team called up and tried to get the porting authorization blocked!!

Pros: I have had no issue using the web app from my desktop.

You can make free calls if you don't have big needs and more tools, more set ups.

Cons: I hope they had an intermediate plan which would more suits my needs as an independent

Overall: The user interface is very friendly and call quality is very good.

The support service has been second to none.

Pros: Call logs are useful and well organised. Ability to monitor and record calls has proved invaluable.

Cons: So far.everything is working exactly as we need it to.

I can share all my contact and call with my colleagues. In case I'm not available , someone else will attend the call and the customer will not have to call to another number.

Pros: It is very easy to use, perfect for my business and excellent customer service.

Cons: The website is not always easy to understand
