Dreadful and we are preparing legal proceedings against the Ringover Group.
Ginelle, Julien and Thomas were all completely complacent in their jobs. They have no idea what they are doing and throughout the whole time we were with Ringover we have seen nothing but utter disgrace from the whole team. Lack of communication, lack of support, lack of service - and when complaining daily, no resolutions were made. To this day, we still do not have half of our company phone numbers, we can not make calls or SMS, and now Ringover have issued us with an illegal warning of closure within less than 48 hours (completely against the contract signed, they have a 3 month clause) and have gone even further in their utter lack of business practice - they have blocked all of our numbers so we cannot get in contact. They have also stopped our service today (24 hours before they have said it will stop) which is against their contract again.
Ringover are refusing any contact and will not assist in porting our numbers away from them. After taking 6 months to NOT port our numbers from our previous provider, they then do this.
Utterly disgusting company and would never recommend to anyone.
You will NOT receive what you paid for.
Edit: We have now received confirmation from our phone number carrier that someone on the Ringover team called up and tried to get the porting authorization blocked!!
