It took 7 days after domain transfer to Patrick Internet to get hosting (and email) to become live. Support was very poor, and with no email I was getting concerned. Daily contacts with Patrick Internet eventually resulted in a rude email, though the hosting came live shortly afterwards. On two occasions over the next nine months I had serious problems with sub-dial-up speeds and very flaky email. On each occasion Patrick Internet blamed BT and told me to request an engineer. On both occasions BT said there was nothing amiss and billed me for 130 pounds. After telling Patrick Internet, each time, the service came good after eight months (with four more months paid for with Patrick Internet).
