my work and by co-workers, work load has been easier user friendly - like the self service component, also like the interface and icons , customer service is very helpful Would like to see more flexibility on starting benefits (ex: our healthcare benefits start day one of hire. Some people who start have their benefits until the end of the month. We don't have the ability to manually put a different start date of when the benefits begin) other than that so far has been smooth sailing

As mentioned in the review... Zenefits was a lifesaver for our growing firm. Our firm was initially looking for a way to better manager PTO requests, but as we learned more about the product offerings, we took full advantage of making Zenefits the cornerstone of our HR infrastructure. Besides PTO tracking, the most useful/time saving features are onboarding new employees and open enrollment. With the functionality Zenefits provides, these previously time consuming and scattered tasks have become easy, accurate, and seamless. Having Zenefits available as a tool has enabled our Firm to offer employees a fully transparent HR tool that can assist them in managing their HR needs. The inability to integrate information with our payroll provider - ADP Run. When Zenefits was launched at our firm, the integration was available and very useful. While not a deal-breaker, not having that integration is a bit of a pain.

HR in one place, we upload all personnel documents to Zenefits, they are our warehouse for safety certificates, time off requests, performance reviews, company documents, etc. When we 1st joined all the applications were free, what we came to count on now have a fee associated. We're still using the free version and capabilities.

Great on-boarding process and it is free. Has really helped my business stream line the process and save a lot of time. The on-boarding documents at first were more customizable and now they are not. My customers require certain documents and now I have to do it separately which does not help. Also, the insurance process is not very organized and the employees do not seem to know their product. I spent many hours trying to get it fixed. I was about to leave Zenefits until they told me it will change next year. Also, the payroll product needs work for me to be able to use it.

Zenefits has provided a seamless onboarding regime! From integration with our Applicant tracking system, to signatures on employee documents, all the way through to benefit selection and benefit administration. Since Zenefits has partnered with Onedigital, Benefit admin has been wonderful with a personal benefit advocate for the company who constantly stays in touch and is extremely responsive. The major con for us, was Payroll. We ended up having to find another payroll provider as Zenefits was not operating in Alabama for payroll, now we have a third party that is supposed to sync with Zenefits and it syncs about 75% of the time.

The software is user friendly. It does everything for you and you don't really have to think about it. The best thing is that it Works! I've never had a problem with the software. Zenefits is always making improvements. I like everything about this software. They keep making improvement and adding apps. I don't have anything to say negative about the Zenefits software. Wish i knew about them years ago.

The ease of use and the functionality. I really like how all of the information is stored in easily accessible cards. Finding information for employment verifications is a breeze! The batch file reports. They are password protected and they don't give you the password. So when you want to edit, you have to; copy, open a new spreadsheet, paste, and edit from there.
