Celpax

The Celpax device hangs at the exit door and lets employees rate their day anonymously. Press the green or red button to answer "How was your day?". After you press, you see how the rest of your team responded. You get a trend line of the Employee Morale (“70% press green on a normal day”). You can then track if the actions you take are having an effect: is the mood improving? Check the impact of All-Hands meetings, important communications… The result is online, and helps leaders have open, honest conversations around how to fix what makes people press red.
