I’m ticked that I have had problems from the beginning and again tonight it says “come back after my start date”. I CANT LOG OUT AGAIN!! This keeps happening. I rebooted my phone several times. The last time this happened I finally gave up and was able to log out the next day. Then let the office manager know my real hours. A few times I believed that I had logged in only to find no record when I went to log out. I have long days and at the end of a long day I fo not need this aggravation. One day everyone’s hours disappeared and everyone had submit our hours. If you use this system be prepared to keep daily logs for each individual.

Great software when it works, absolutely horrible to have to talk to someone. We've been with them ~3 years; they've forgotten to file payroll taxes in one of our states, ignored our emails about health insurance renewal and almost had it canceled, and countless times referred us to bad documentation when we asked simple questions not covered in the documentation. I rarely feel like I'm talking to a support person that has ever seen the software. We would have dropped them years ago; except when it works its awesome. We're considering moving to Gusto at the year end though, now that they've expanded their offerings.

The software is easy to use and understand. There are constant improvements and upgrades, but it is always easy to use and understand. The program answers your questions as if you are working with someone on the other side of the program to assure you things are going well and that you completed the task. Sometimes I feel that the improvements are too slow. I want the phone app to be able to do alot more as an admin person.

It's a free( most of the time ) platform. The platform it's easy to use. It was also easy to implement. It communincates smoothly with the payroll provider(ADP) through API. As long as the product is free to use - I would use it. Modifying templates could be a little bit trciky. The health insurance part is done through another company One Digital. They do their thing to get you enrolled but the input from them after that is minimal.

In addition, it has a number of useful a la carte add-ons. Getting payroll data from Zenefits into your accounting system is difficult. Payroll setup is also a major undertaking.

We saved time, money, errors in calculations by implementing this system. Easier onboarding. More secure and better protected confidential and private information. Online so no paper work. Private and secure. Information and calculations are accurate and in real time. Takes human error out in important calculations like time off balances and payroll. It's all integrated rather than being separate systems. Accessible to every employee in the same way. Keeps the management of the team's details consistent and fair. Customer support is terrible. I can't get a dedicated contact who can help me. I signed up because my assigned contact was helpful and accessible. That changed and has never been resolved.

Time savings in hiring, onboarding, payroll and recordkeeping. Also, payroll cost considerably better than we were paying to another third-party. Easy to maneuver between modules. Fully integrated hiring, onboarding and payroll. Good online help allows me to get most answers I need. Quick response to questions or issues. Seamless transition of our benefit plans into Zenefits and better offerings than we had before. Payroll and PTO are the biggest bargains. No real weakness noted. We have a small number of hourly employees that I would like to use the time reporting, but not cost justified at this time so we have to input hours worked for each employee first into a spreadsheet and then into Zenefits payroll.

I like the fully integrated HR solution Zenefits provides from onboarding to time off, time and attendance, and payroll. As our company has grown, so have our needs, and Zenefit's offerings have been just what we needed each step of the way. Payroll is so simple and quick. It closes me out after too short an amount of time. I don't have a way to put associates on leave of absence, so I have to manually adjust time off accruals. I wish the time off information was only presented in hours, never in days. Our team works 10 or 13.3 hour days, so an 8 hour day is irrelevant in our world and causes confusion. We offer a SIMPLE IRA. I wish there was an easier way to capture an associate's contribution information than having to create custom fields.
