Seeing my financial relationship with my employer has never been easier! As an employee of using zenefits, I really enjoy the difference between this product and the last software product we used. With this one, the communication between the employer and employee is exceptionsal! I like how organized the links are when I log in. Although the product is great, it was a little hard to get around through things at first. But with some assistance and a little technical support I figured it out!! Also, the name was kind of hard to pronounce first, but then it grew on me and i really enjoy saying that name. It's like benefits, but with a Z!

I get so many benefits from Zenefits. It does all the work for me. I just have to keep it updated with new employees and it does the rest! I like that it is extremely easy to navigate the site. Our employees always comment on how easy it is to use this site. It takes the work load off of me to keep track of everything like I used to have to do. I love Zenefits! They also have really great customer service. There isn't anything that I don't like about Zenefits. It helps me do my job with ease. I like that our employees can manage their own insurance benefits as well.

I love how it's clean and simple but also helps put the employees in the passenger seat which helps navigate the process whereas before Zenefits there were constant requests that bogged down the workday. As with all cloud based services it lacks that personal touch of having someone to call when you have a quick question that is unique to our company.

It is easy to use! The labels or where items are located are logical and 99% of the information I need is readily available. I feel like I always have a one off type question. Customer Support is responsive but at the risk of being greedy, is there any way to add more information regarding those unusual one off type situations. It may not be feasible because every situation could be dependent on too many variables but just a thought. In other words, I do not have too many cons.

Great integration . Very user friendly. Easy to run reports and pull data. Ideal for software companies since automation is great! I think they still have a way to go in order to develop OD & Talent tools and HR Analytics within their systems. They also struggled with Health Insurance/Benefits integration and look forward to integration with outside Health Insurance providers/brokers.

Easy to use, PTO tracking system, syncs with google calendar, you can pull various HR/analytics reports such as employee turnover. I wish they had a better feature to hold certain documents. Instead of replacing old docs, it would be nice if we were able to save mulitple docs under one category ie we would like to see a history of performance reviews saved to individual profiles, not just the latest.

The ability to easily and accurately manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits. I love the ease of use for both administrators and staff as well as having all HR information in one place. The Help and online FAQs are extensive and extremely helpful as is the help desk and response time. Payroll is a breeze, open enrollment for benefits is smooth and the Time Off module is wonderful. The only issues we've had are when people add/remove dependents or update their Life Qualifying Events and it's only happened once a year on average. Sometimes there's a miscue in the communication between Zenefits and the healthcare provider where coverage is dropped or partly dropped. But Zenefits is very quick to resolve issues.
