Product is easy to use and support is great. We were one of the early adopters, at the time the service was very basic but it already simplified the process of finding and managing benefits tremendously. The new features, such as background checks and HR management, keep making it even better Some glitches at the very beginning (we were an early adopter) The service is free (Zenefits takes his commission from the health companies), so it's a no-brainer

“If you have a chance to avoid this company do…”
If you have a chance to avoid this company do so. Great concept but have grown so quickly that they continue to have problems with calculating accurately paychecks of all of our employees since we started with them. Since we have started with them, they have screwed up my personal accounts (not to mention most people in our company) 1. DCA (screwed up contribution for 1 month..deducted money but not added to account) 2. 401K (took them 3 months to transfer it from our company to theirs, gave access to all of our accounts to 3. Commuter Benefit 4. Health Insurance 5. HSA And once again, after having my paycheck be correct for 1 pay period, it is now no longer correct. They have once again screwed up my HSA account. Again, think twice about using this company, the stress they add to your employees from a pay period to pay period not knowing if their paycheck is correct...is not worth it.

Zenefits has maintained a high level of excellence in the time that we've been working with them. They are far better than previous outsourced HR services that we've used in the past, while being much more cost effective. As with the implementation of a system as far reaching as Zenefits, we anticipated some transition pains, but our implementation manager is amazing. They were able to immediately and thoroughly answer questions. They were available to me instantly and have responded quickly every time we had a question. It bodes very well for them that they are already performing at such a level on a national scale, even though they are less than 3 years old.

Employee onboarding is ideal. Employees fill out all their own forms online. There have been some hiccups, but it's worlds better than paper pushing. Their support representatives are earnest, and really go the extra mile for you. We?ve been very happy with the service so far.

Zenefits is a good concept, and for a business like mine (custom web design/development) is a natural fit. Overall, the system is decent, generally working well. The user experience could be improved (for example, I have both a master login as the admin and a user login as an employee of my company but it is not possibly to switch between these views/roles or even see that they exist.) The customer service is sometimes awesome: prompt and knowledgable. And sometimes not awesome: slow and little help from people who knew less than I did about health insurance requirements ? and I'm not in the industry. Overall, I recommend this product, if you're okay with a few growing pains.

We¿ve been with Zenefits for over a year now, and our company grown with Zenefits, and it¿s continued to be a perfect relationship. As we add more employees, they roll out new features that make it even easier to manage HR. And quality is improving while adding new features at an astonishing rate. Every time I log in there¿s something new that makes a big difference in usability. Their support team has really gone to bat for us on several occasions. They never quit, and do everything that they can to get insurance carriers to make exceptions for our employees. I feel like we¿re in good hands in an insurance world full of complex pitfalls and admin burdens. Once Zenefits is on case, they¿re compassionate, and really go the extra mile to get the job done. They are still a young company, so they lack some features of much more expensive alternatives. We've had a few bumps in the road, but their customer service got things handled promptly.

I most like Zenefits' Price (free) and ease-of-use. It's intuitive and easy for each employee to set up and log into their dashboard. As an employee that uses it I like that I can easily change benefits and see PTO without having to go through HR every time. The Onboarding process is a lot of work but to be expected. I know our HR director spent a ton of time getting it set up but it was short-term pain for long-term gain since it now streamlines many processes. Establish what, exactly, you're looking to manage in a system and then pro/con programs

Zenefits saved us a ton of time, money, and anxiety on setting up our HR, compliance, and insurance benefits processes for our company. We grew from 2 to 30 employees in the last 12 months, and it would've been unimaginably hard to pull that off without Zenefits. Their team made it easy. I wish they offered more services so we didn't have to deal with any old school vendors at all. There's no other software package that makes HR and compliance so easy. And you won't beat their insurance rates either.
