I too have given Netmotivated many years of business and over the last 2 years have found customer service to be appalling, eg: They are now unable to accept credit cards or direct debit for some reason and insist all payments are to PayPal, I had a £20.00 bill for hosting one of my sites I paid as requested then had a refund from them saying I had paid it to the wrong email address! it went to netmotivatedhowever, at 2 am sunday morning I had an email from them saying my account was suspended and there it was on the web for all to see. I cancelled it after all these years and am changing to 123reg. I will do this with every domain name and hosting I own as soon as they are up for renewal. Something decidedly dodgy about this outfit now.
