We are using Live Agent as both ticketing and live chat tool. We are using it in 2 countries and for four websites Nutriklub and Klub maminek (Danone company). It enables us smooth answering of customers emails from one platform + immediate response to customer queries from websites. We were also able to implement it into our mobile app Nutrimimi. Great value for money.

Software offers everything most users and admins would want at a fantastic price. Only reason it is not 5 stars is for not having the ability to transfer (live) chats across departments. When chatting with ladesk support, there seems to be a disconnect as to why we would need this feature. This is a feature that is common in most LiveChat software and we use it extensively. That said, we have decided to give LAdesk a try because of the extensive feature-set and great price. It is well written and very responsive. You would be hard pressed to find a better value.

Pricing for the software is very good. The amount of resources and how efficient the system is makes customer service easy. Also, keeps accountability which is the hardest part to customer service. Great system don't waste your time anywhere else.
