We spent many time comparing the different solutions available in the market. At the end we decided to try Ladesk because they have a good balance of features and price. We are happy with the result and now we're managing all the customer support through their tool.

I personally started with LiveAgent in my own personal shop/blog in about 4 years ago, I wanted to take my first customers to next level of support and care. Now we are using LiveAgent in two much bigger companies, to take care of all communication channels, connected to our business under one roof. LiveAgent so far always provided what I needed. I can strongly recommend LiveAgent for anybody, who wants to support their business in a smart way. For almost 3 years, they are continually upgrading their UI but mostly improving their features, since they are listening to their customers I believe. At a top place I can rank also their support staff - they never ignored any of my issues, despite the fact, that I can be really persistent

I am using LiveAgent almost 2 years at my blog / Vinyl store page phono.sk And I am impressed in many functions and features which LiveAgent have. I am able to do everything from one place. I can make new Facebook posts or answer my customers directly in few seconds, via desktop or mobile application of LiveAgent when I am on the roads. I can fully recommend the software. Keep doing the great work guys!

I gave it a 4-star because it's not perfect but it fulfills my basic requirement for a multi-channel helpdesk tool at the best price. Merge feature is a necessity. I hope the developers are working on this. Reporting is already good but I like the reporting feature of Spiceworks better.
