I found LiveAgent while I was researching for a help desk solution that fits my business structure. I have different online sites with separate support email accounts and social media channels. I needed a way to organize everything under one solution. I wanted to measure my performance, convert all interactions to tickets so as to be able to ultimately make my customers happy and turn prospects into long term customers. There were a few other solutions I saw but it looked like I needed to break the bank and they appeared too complex. The value-cost ratio was huge for me as a small business owner si I went for ladesk. We started using it as a ticketing system, which is very nice and pretty straightforward. The live chat is now one of the big features we use now, cause it's very efficient and linked to tickets. Lots of customization possible but I have not explored all options yet.

We use Live Agent for more than one year and we are very satisfied, the cost / benefits is excellent. All support messages sent by e-mail, website forms and facebook are sent to Live Agent platform and then will answered by my team. With this process I can be sure that my company will not loose any message received and manage the quality of our help desk. They have integration with Facebook, every message sent to my company's Fan Page become a ticket on the platform so my team can answer fast in the same platform they use every day. Comparing to other platforms Live Agend has inumerous great features with better price them competitors.
