Solution is impressive and easy to use. Covers most of the helpdesk functions. however, needs flexibility to integrate with some well known call center solutions i.e. Cisco, Avaya, ALU, etc. Should have built-in adaptors for these solution. Same applies on external IT service desk solutions. Overall solution is good but with flexible and built-in adaptors it can become excellent solution.

Great software, but there are many great softwares around. (I've done an extensive research, and trialled all major companies). But what makes this stand out above the others? It's the ease of working with the system, the easy and extensive tutorials, but most of all the kind and friendly helpdesk. They are available to you 24/7 and are VERY fast in replying. through the online chat function you have an answer within minutes, and they people are always friendly and very helpful. Very happy so far with this!

LiveAgent has some exceptional features but is missing very basic functionality. I need to have the ability to turn off chats for the entire business after business hours regardless if someone is logged in or not. I may need to read past tickets or check on the status of something and not have it show me or my company as available for chat. I also need the ability to restrict certain agents from viewing tickets and only to chat or vice versa. LiveAgent is an awesome piece of software but these features are very basic and something every other service has. I would love to move my company to Live Agent but can't do it without these and by the time they're implemented I'll probably find a new home for my team.
