Solution is impressive and easy to use. Covers most of the helpdesk functions. however, needs flexibility to integrate with some well known call center solutions i.e. Cisco, Avaya, ALU, etc. Should have built-in adaptors for these solution. Same applies on external IT service desk solutions. Overall solution is good but with flexible and built-in adaptors it can become excellent solution.
