Live Chat from Ladesk is the best live chat and ticketing feature we have experienced in a long time. Though it is on the pricey side, it definitely is worth every single penny. From the amazing chat feature, that looks really professional to the ticket system or Facebook and Twitter feed updates and agent performance reports.
