I have used live agent in both capacities as a customer, and as a way to communicate with our customers through work. It is very helpful from a consumer standpoint to have live help and also the ability leave messages for a reply at a later time after hours. From a perspective of using it for our company it has proven to be a very valued resource to keep up the lines of communication with our customers and their questions/concerns. I love that it allows us to archive the questions/responses and search for them later if the need arises.

LiveAgent has been easy to use and sufficient in helping our customers online. I like how it is easy to navigate and also the "help chat" was very nice to have when my system glitched one time. We have gotten good feedback from clients using LiveAgent chat from our website as well. It keeps the volume of calls down, while still getting people's questions answered in a quality and timely way!
