As an IT Manager who has used a few different types of ticket management applications to help keep track of employees and client needs, LiveAgent is great! The labels and organization features once setup make it easy to see what type of issues users are having. Which also help if you need to run reports on a history of a problem. My employees also think the software is easy to use not only from the computer it from an iPhone or an iPad. This accessibility makes it easy to keep up with the tickets while in the field. Overall I cannot say enough how happy I am with LiveAgent and that I would definitely recommend it as a Help Desk ticket tracking software.

This product does it all very good. A year ago I would have marked 4 stars due to some stability issues but they have fixed it and not a problem since. Their team is always making the program better and better. The installation is a breeze, truly easy for what you are getting out of it. Put in your email address info and make a chat button/area through their handy chat builder, put that code in your website and you are done. From there add in predefined answers for your team to use, some templates, tags, etc and you got email and chat all in one. The analytics is amazing, it quickly drills down on hundreds of thousands of chats and emails, showing you yearly, monthly, daily, and more. Watch an customer support agent's work or a department. Really good insight on what is happening. Give this system a try if you are looking into email and chat support, highly recommend it.

Live Agent is such a wonderful experience as it makes my work for me to do much more easier. Everything is organized, easy to use, and it reminds me of tasks that need to be completed. Comparing before I started using Live Agent to when I actually started using it, I say that it makes my work process much more easier especially with all the requests that I have to process.
