Going back to the ransom wear attack last year, I felt the management of thecompany did a terrible job communicating the issue as well as their lack of customer service during this crisis. The just recently switched how you access the cloud and again there are issues and customer service is rude and not helpful. I cannot even log into my account at the moment because their site is done. They have many many problems.

I have been using Cloudnine for a few years now. As with any service/product, issues arise sometimes. Any time we have had a problem and I've needed to contact support I've always had a wonderful experience. I recently had to call due to a momentary disconnect that ended up fixing itself and the tech that helped me was really friendly and said he would still check to make sure everything was running smooth even though the issue was fixed by the time I got to him! Great experience!

The representative who I spoke with was very understanding, patient, and professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue (an application using to much memory) and fix the problem. He also provided some additional info on what to do if the problem happened again. It was a good customer service experience.

โWe're really a client of a client of Abacus butโฆโ
We're really a client of a client of Abacus but while we were with Abacus we seldom experienced any problems. When we did though we did have to play telephone tag for a while due to a couple of the techs not being able to help with the issue I was having. But then I was put in touch with a GREAT tech person. He was very patient (I'm NOT computer savvy) very calm and pleasant. I actually recommended him for a raise.

I'm a sole practitioner. I've been with cloud9 for 3 years now. Cloud9 has always been great both on the sales side as well as on the tech support side. I had some issues this year when it came time to renew my agreement. Paul Phan and Christine Robinson went above and beyond to ensure my utmost satisfaction with cloud9. They walked me through the different options, what would and wouldn't work for my practice and got me to where I needed to be. They're absolutely great and you're lucky to have them on the cloud9 team. Cloud9 is definitely the solution my practice needed. Mark

โWe recently switched over to the Cloudnine at the recommendationโฆโ
We recently switched over to the Cloudnine at the recommendation of our CPA. This would allow us to have team access to all of our accounting and it would allow our CPA to better assist. For the last week we have been have random disconnects and significant periods in which we can not access our data. Our CPA is not able to access either. We keep getting "we were told all better" followed by "sorry, they [Cloud9} said it fixed" This is not acceptable from a cloud system. It seems like they may have over sold their capacity or worse they do not have a solid system in the first place.
