I'm a sole practitioner. I've been with cloud9 for 3 years now. Cloud9 has always been great both on the sales side as well as on the tech support side. I had some issues this year when it came time to renew my agreement. Paul Phan and Christine Robinson went above and beyond to ensure my utmost satisfaction with cloud9. They walked me through the different options, what would and wouldn't work for my practice and got me to where I needed to be.
