RNG+InternetβI+signed+up+for+a+reseller+package+with+Cloud+next+at+the+start+of+the+year.+At+first+I+was+a+bit+worried+as+the+price+was+so+low+and+it+is+important+to+me+that+my+domains+and+websites+are+not+going+to+disappear+overnight.+I+voiced+these+misgivings+to+Cloud+Next+who+assured+me+that+they+were+no+fly-by-night+company+and+were+here+to+stay.+They+also+gave+me+a+30+day+free+trial+instead+of+the+usual+7+days.+I+have+to+say+that+10+months+on+I+am+very+impressed+with+the+service+and+the+support+which,+in+my+opinion,+has+been+very+good+indeed.+Replies+to+support+tickets+are+very+quick+and+usually+to+the+point.+All+my+queries+have+been+answered+satisfactorily+thus+far.+Cloud+Next+uses+the+Heart+Internet+infrastructure+which+seems+very+robust+and,+as+a+reseller,+the+white+label+control+panels+and+webmail+are+excellent+for+my+needs.+The+only+issue+I+have+found+is+that+transferring+existing+sites+from+other+Heart+Internet+resellers+is+a+little+more+tricky+than+normal+but+this+is+a+small+issue.+I+am+surprised+that+there+are+some+one+star+reviews+here+advising+people+not+to+use+this+company.+In+my+experience+the+uptime+thus+far+is+well+within+the+99%+promise+and+I+have+seen+no+evidence+of+the+poor+service+or+"rip-off"+accusations+levelled+by+some+reviewers.+Time+will+tell+but+I+for+one+am+very+happy+with+Cloud+Next+who+provide+a+great+value+service+which+so+far+has+delivered+on+all+levels.β

I was a little worried when I first bought hosting from Cloud Next because the price was so good. I have now been with them for 3 months and have nothing but praise for them. Support has been absolutely first class. All of my questions and problems have been answered and resolved within 30 minutes. I have not noticed any downtime at all yet, and server speed seems pretty good too. The control panel is easy to use and I can't think of anything that I have been disappointed with. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I also think Cloud Next is a suspicious company. I've had a VPS with them for over a year - it just isn't reliable enough for my needs. Their customer support is very quick indeed, but they never say anything that is actually useful. They just try to delegate the question, give a half answer, just enough so they can say "we responded" but whether or not its useful is another question!
Their hosting is very low quality, sometimes the disks can't be accessed (or at very slow speeds, so I assume the VPS are overloaded), other times it just crashes and it says in the control panel that the status of the server is "Unknown" and a reboot doesn't get it back online.
So overall try to avoid using cloud next. I have used probably over 10 hosting companies in my lifetime and I have worked as a database engineer my entire life, comparing from what I've seen I would avoid cloud next.
I hope this review is of use to anyone reading it.
