Myself+and+my+partner+have+had+a+VPS+from+Cloud+Next+for+a+while+now.+First+I+started+having+issues+with+the+server,+they+told+me+the+KVM+host+had+crashed+so+I+lost+my+VPS+for+a+while.
Their+support+is+very+fast,+but+it+feels+like+you're+talking+to+robots.+They+try+to+give+one+word+answers,+they+obviously+use+templates+for+the+support+answers+and+it+doesn't+feel+like+you're+talking+to+a+human+being.
All+in+all,+if+you're+looking+for+a+VPS+that+is+reliable+then+I+would+look+elsewhere+-+far+too+many+outages+from+Cloud+Next.+I+have+been+in+the+hosting+industry+for+over+20+years,+I+know+there+are+better+providers+out+there.
