This is the BEST COMPANY i have ever found on the net for Arma 3 Server. All others kept saying how easy it is to set up a server & they will help you.... WELL THEY DON'T.... you get the same old messages Just get the mod you want put it in the server & it will work...NOT THAT EASY.

Citadel Servers REALLY HELPS you get the server up & running. All you have to do is some easy AI setting which i even got working & i'm telling ya now Arma 3 is 1 hell of a game to get MODS working. ...

But Citadel got server working will all the Mods like Advanced Towing, Enhanced Movement , EBM. And they will help you out if need more or less mods.

All at Citadel while making up the server keep in contact with you though the message on they site which you get a notice email.

Also VERY CHEAP i find the server to be for what i get, all the others wanted more money for less server & no help.

SO if you want a AMAZING ARMA 3 SERVER for you & your friends then just go to CITADEL SERVER.

Very fast setup's, Game server is easy to configure with there control panel. Customer support is very fast i have to say I don't think it ever took longer than minutes for someone to get back to me. Game switch is great and easy to use. Staff is very helpful

For the life of me I could not figure out how to get Arma 3 Wasteland to work. I worked on it for a few days before resulting to making a ticket for a Refund.

When they responded they let me know they have fixed the server and it is up and running. They also said a refund is possible as I was on my 3rd day of their 3 day money back. However I chose to keep it and now we are having fun and enjoying the game!

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I rented an Isle server months ago for some friends and I, and this is how it all went downhill.

Off the bat, their control panel is not at all user-friendly. I had to submit 3 tickets just to get my server up and running. They were fast at replying and a staff member named Brandon did help me out quite a bit, he seemed really nice. But here's the kicker. After getting it all set up, we had HORRIBLE lag and disconnects. I mean they were constant. So I decided to switch providers. I was within the 3 day refund window, and submitted a ticket to billing that I wanted a refund and to cancel my subscription.

Got a reply stating early access games do not fall under their refund window. That was fine, I asked for whatever refund they could give me and to cancel my services. Instead of doing so, they sent me another reply asking for confirmation of cancellation, then they closed the ticket because I didn't reply.

So I logged on the other day, see what happened and send another ticket in to get a refund (whatever I can, since I'm not in the 3 day window anymore) and cancel my services. Here is an exact copy/paste of our exchanges on 8/28/18 - 8/29/18:

ME(8/28/18): Hello, I opened a ticket awhile ago stating that I would like a refund for unused time and to cancel my current subscription to this server service.

Please use this as my confirmation that I would like to cancel services and receive a refund for unused time.

Thank you.

THEM(8/28/18): Hello,

You never answered your last ticket where you were asked:

I would like to confirm if you wish to proceed with the refund and cancellation?

ME(8/28/18): Yes, I would like to confirm cancellation and to proceed with refund.

Shortly after this long, copy/pasted paragraph was sent by Brandon, my card was charged again for $31. So not only, by this point, have I requested to cancel my services twice, I've confirmed it 3 times and I am STILL being charged!! They are intentionally dragging this out to get as much money from me as they can, and it's disgusting! This is not how you keep customers and do business. I can guarantee by the time they get back to me about cancelling, they will give me some BS about how they can't give me back the $31 even though I told them before I was charged I wanted my services cancelled. Twice.

Please save yourself the trouble. They're an OK host when you're giving them money, but trying to cancel your services or get a refund, even in their 3 day window ain't gonna happen. They will drag it out, feed you BS, and do anything in their power to keep your money and steal more if they can.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I've been hosting my server with citadel servers for almost a year, when I bought my server I knew nothing about hosting a Minecraft server and it was a pretty easy place to start. They respond to tickets very quickly and the server runs smoothly, i needed a feed the beast mod for my server done and they added it for me to their game panel as a one click, so if your looking for a host that goes the extra mile, then give these guys a try

When things go well and there is nothing to resolve they are an oke provider. But when the customer care department has to resolve things they fall horably short. I'm still waiting for my money. If you want a server with good speed and good customer care. Please look a bit further because this provider just does not care and the speed was meh.

Customer service has been great from day one, I am new to the server game and they made it extremely easy. They have an amazing staff who can fix problems quite quickly and the chat support has either linked me, got a ticket made (the first IP was an issue and it was fixed in 20 minutes) and or has guided me to the ways to fix it. So far, I love them. I will write another in time once I have gotten more experience.

Citadel Servers has to be one of the best hosts I have ever used. I have utilised many hosts in my time and always had some problems with many different hosts, Citadel are one of the best I have used to this day support is unreal, Ticket response times are within 10 minutes and staff are very kind and accommodating. I wanted a web plugin for my rust server and they added it as a one click install within the hour, A host. 10/10

Bad support, even worse server stability, and the worst anti-consumer policies around. The only nice thing I can say is that support is quick to reply. They're quick to tell you they won't refund you even if your server is constantly either laggy or offline. They're quick to change your server in ways that completely puts it offline until they see fit to undo their changes, however many days that takes. They're quick to ignore what you say, copy and paste a reply that has nothing to do with your issue, and close your ticket.

There's no excuse for this in 2018.

The worst customer service I've ever had with any game hosting site over the past 8 years.

Most businesses: We charged this customer for 30 days of a service that they didn't want. They're asking for a refund since it hasn't even been 1 full day since we charged them.
No worries, we'll refund them and cancel their service.

Citadel Servers: We'll keep their money AND cancel their service, so we're charging them for 30 days worth of a service they'll never receive!

I've submitted a fraud report to my bank against these despicable people. Malicious greed is only the tip of the iceberg, though. My server was broken nearly 50% of the time I was paying them, including for the final ~7 days straight of my initial subscription. To say that they're grossly incompetent and willfully negligent is only scratching the surface. Here are some words I had to have with them in the end:

"Have fun showing them records of a payment I did not authorize. (After a staff member by the name of Nico C. told me how happy he would be to try arguing with my bank about how he's entitled to my money for 30 days of a service that isn't being rendered, on a charge I didn't authorize.)

Staff members are expected to remember the incidents they have resolved and not accuse the person they're speaking with of making the ticket up.
Staff members are expected to check such tickets themselves if they have doubts and wish to accuse their customers of making up previous tickets.
Staff members are expected to be helpful.
Staff members are expected not to create more issues for their customers to resolve on their own by mismanaging their customers' servers, then claim that they "fixed" an issue when, in reality, they made it worse.
Staff members are expected to not respond to tickets that they're clearly unqualified to respond to.
Staff members are expected to provide server services that function as intended for the full duration of the payment given.
Staff members are expected not to deflect from the main topic of a ticket in saying "You should cancel your services." while failing to address the title of the ticket or the description of the ticket, the purpose of which is to receive a refund, in the very first response to a ticket.
Staff members are expected to respond in a timely manner.
Staff members are expected to attempt to resolve issues, not simply say "So-and-so is out of the office." to extend the length of a ticket by another day.
Staff members are expected not to close tickets without resolving them.
Staff members are expected not to lie and say "Our staff is very much willing to consider our client's side. I just checked and Shea has already updated your settings. Your server is good to go." (your exact words) proving that you did not even bother to read the response I wrote; I had to BEG you to "please read this carefully."
Staff members are expected not to create breakdowns in communication through gross incompetence/willful negligence.
Staff members are expected not to claim that ""Our staff is very much willing to consider our client's side." one month, then spit in their face the next month.
Staff members are expected not to tell their customers what they do and do not know.

If you want to talk about someone who's expected to fulfill certain duties, you need to take a good, hard look at yourself and your coworkers, first."

Gotta be a 5 star rating because i have used other sever companies all saying the same thing we can set it up for you no problem.... BUT when it comes to Arma 3 nothing is simple. I came to Citadel & thought ok we try them. From the start i thought oh here we go BUT from Day 1 i started to talk to one of the service people & Shea S Has been a massive help in getting my ARMA 3 sever she has got all the mods running when we had problems but she kept on going & i said i will stick with the sever cos i just knew that Shea was working hard behind the scenes & then ALL WORKING !!!!

YES Shea got the ARMA 3 sever working with 8 mods when other severs could not even get just 1.
I have just took out a 3 month sever then i be getting a yr one once that is up. If you want a sever company that is willing to help you out & get things working then look no more ITS HERE ..

I had a Mount and blade warband server. No matter what I tried I could not get my mods to load. After days of trying I decided to pop into their chat and get my money back, Little did I know they had techs there to help me. He showed me what I did wrong and it worked, I wasted a lot of days trying to fix it. There is nothing on their site that says they have tech teams to help you with your server but they do! They saved a Customer that day! Cheers!

Paid for server dayz mod server at CitadelServers.com . It didn't work right from the beginning. It could not be found by gametracker or dzlauncher or any other means. Reinstalling the server with the 1 click reinstall made matters worse. Support is done by email and after about 3 days of very unproductive back and forth I gave up.

When I asked Citadel Servers for a refund and to cancel my account they said no. They would only credit me. I explained that I had not been able to use the dayz mod server at all and am canceling so a credit would not help me. They still refused to refund.

I have now signed up with another server host which worked out cheaper and works even after clicking install mods.

However am still out of pocket as Citadel Servers would not refund for a faulty service.

I went from Nitrado to CitadelServers and I'm happy with my decision. Although Nitrado has a nice interface, Citadel support is way faster, settings and mod-updating-system is much better (automatic ) And best part: It is waaaay cheaper. Because of this I have my cluster with Ragnarok and Aberration with them.

Had my Ark Survival Evolved and Conan Exiles server both in Citadel, so far didnt encounter any DDoS and is very stable also loved their live chat at least not every provider had live chat :) Highly recommanded!

I started with another company but they stopped helping their customers after a partnership because of the money they got. So then i decided to go with Citadel Servers and i asked them some questions thru their very handy live support. I honestly was suprised at how good they are in responding so quickly. I've always waited 1 hour to get a response but this time i got it within a minute! I would recommend this company to my friends and if i were you, i would buy from them! There are a few things that could be improved on such as the prices however if you see how small this company is i think their work is absolutely amazing.

Was skeptical of Citadel at first because they aren't well known, but I was blown away by the service. Was having issues learning the control panel for the game I host a server for, but their support is amazing. Ticket responses in less than an hour and one of the tech team was even willing to help me set up my entire server/teach me how to code things myself in chat.

Would recommend this place to anyone!!

I purchased a VPS through Citadelservers to play the game Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition. I had a hard time getting it to work and Made a ticket. Within 3 hours they had my VPS set up and ready to go with the game inside and all I had to do was add my steam credentials. Awesome Support from them. The last company I was at I always had Problems RDPing into the VPS and just had tons of problems. So far none with Citadel, lets home this stays this way.

TL;DR- We've had a server for all of 4 days and we've been almost completely ignored and had our account suspended for "overdue payment" when we just paid for it 4 days ago.

I and several of my friends decided that we wanted to start a server together for a game we all like to play. We looked between CitadelServers and PingPerfect. Citadel seemed to be the best choice so we went with them. We started an account May, 28th and almost immediately had problems. We contacted Support and they did get back with us within an hour, but they were unable to fix the issue and said they would have to ask the next person on shift if they knew how to fix it. We waited until the next day and then asked for an update. Someone apparently used our Techs account to let us know that he had suffered severe allergies and was in the ER during the night, but be in that day to finish up the issue... And that was the last message we received from them. We've spent the last 3 days trying to get updates and finally just asking for a full refund. So, either our Tech Support guy died or they are purposefully ignoring us.
We opened up a separate ticket to Billing asking for a full refund for lack of service and within an hour or 2 that ticket had been merged with our other ticket with Support, but still no response on either. And now, as of today, our account is suspended for "overdue payment". We have had no refund sent back to the paypal account and we paid for a month on the server.
Ive literally never had worse service before in my life and I will never recommend CitadelServers to anyone ever.

Citadel Servers is the 3rd game hosting company I tried for my favourite game--because the first 2 I tried had poor performance and poor support respectively. I actually read the reviews here before I tried Citadel Servers myself, and so many reviews cited poor support. I worried I wouldn't have a much better time with them and just told myself, "Well, at least their Control Panel is a lot better!"

It turned out that actually everything is better for me with Citadel Servers! The performance of the server is fast and reliable.

The support is really a relief for me! When I have trouble with something, I know I can reach out for support and the issue will be resolved quickly. I always feel like they take the time to understand the issue I'm having, and then provide quick and individualized support. (The company I left for their poor support seemed to race to send a copy/paste answer as fast as possible, and it would take days for them to actually read my support tickets to help me.)

Plus it is true--their Control Panel is fantastic! It's very easy to use, and it even makes it a lot harder to make a mistake when you set things up.

I highly recommend that you try Citadel Servers. I think they're 5 stars x 10!

Citadel servers is a scam and don't care about helping you unless you pay them too. I bought a server for Mount and Blade Warband and tried to configure it but their ftp is way to confusing to use . so submitted a ticket for help, even bought the $10 USD "Premium help package" for assistance. 22 hours later, I haven't gotten anything back. asked a live agent what's taking so long and said he would refer the team "when they are available" . another hour passed, and no help, they only help those who were stupid enough to BUY(again) the plan that gives them priority, so they never get to you. don't buy anything from these scammers. terrible customer support, greedy, and nothing but a scam!

Had a bumpy start with them as i didn't understand how the game panel worked, but their support helped me, i didn't realise there was a knowledgebase on how to do things, but got my server up and working, reps to the live chat staff too for pointing me in the right direction, would recommend this host, only knocking off a star as i couldn't find the knowledgebase at first

I have had a total of 4 servers with Citadel Servers - Space Engineers, Empyrion, Ark survival evolved and two more of other games.

Every time the quality and speed in which they run have been nothing but fantastic as well as the amazing support provided to the point where I would say you probably get a far better value renting game servers with them than dedicated hosting on your own machine. These guys know the games they support inside and out that would put most experts to shame and they had to deal with tons of complaints and tickets from me so I know what I am talking about.

This is one of the few server companies that fully have my trust and highly recommend anyone to give them a try, especially if they have used one of the many bad hosts out there

Citadel is great! They set my GTA FiveM RP server up with ESX framework and made it all so easy. The server is super affordable and works amazingly! Will surely recommend.

Brandon at Citadel Services has been a big help. He was great last night when I was trying to renew some old services and was not only surprised that he could, but he also removed the service I erroneously purchased trying to get my old servers back.
I will continue to use Citadel Services to host my dedicated servers.

As a Loyal customer of Citadel, I have experienced the best customer service from this company when it comes to wanting help with anything related to their services.

Everyone is always ready to help you whether it's Complicated tickets or simple information needed at what I call the "front Desk" Which is the friendly chat box that pops up right as you log on to your account.

The friendliest staff I have ever had to deal with. They show they love their job and believe me, I have put a lot of support tickets in (more than you can count) and I have had nothing but great responses and thorough investigations done regarding my problems which not to mention are always solved at least within 24 hours. & that means a lot to me as a customer. Thank you Citadel! :)

Just finished my second month subscription and have to say CitadelServers team have done an outstanding job, all the support makes it easy as pie to use. Any problems ive had they addressed as soon as they possible could. It was also cheaper than i imagined it to be. Plus now i have a server that me and my mates can go on as soon as we all get home.

Great server at a great price.

The interface is easy to use and i've never had any issues other than with mods but there is documentation provided by the Citadel Servers which helped solve it.

Really good hosting service!

Absolutely amazing service! Was having issues with our servers not working properly and the tek team, Brandon especially, was absolutely a hero. Not only did he fix the problem and got me and my friends playing ark again, but he was very nice and professional, and also took the time to teach me a few things about the server that we were doing wrong. Absolutely amazing service. Keep up the great work guys :)

Ordered a Don't Starve together server from citadel servers, When it comes to hosting a DST server the crew and CS have really hit the nail on the head. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to configure my game world at first.

However, they have been great and have helped me add mods and change the world settings on a number of occasions.

It really has been a great experience and is helping me stream.

Paid for a server for The Forest, only for them to then tell me that Forest servers won't work with the game! Contacted their support and after shuffling me through various departments with long delays in their replies, finally told me that I had exceeded the 3 day money return window and could only get credit to purchase another server. Absolutely disgusting service from a sham of a site. Despicable people.

That company is scammer. I used to use ther service, then deleted billing info via their website. I thought it is enough to secure my credit card from overpayments.

But this company does not think so, they kept this info and used it to write off my money every month. When I found it out and asked their support team "What a hell??" they said next:

"Those (Their terms of service) were mentioned for the ease of accidental subscription creation that can and will result in overpayments.

Overpayments as a whole are not refundable, and added as account credit and are not-transferable outside of our system."

Great! Never use their services!

Avoid, its a scam industry. Supports will ignore any requests for downloading server saves, they will shift your server around and pretend its working while nobody is able to connect. They will continue to say its working, then refuse to give any compensation for the missed time.
Using the live chat had them answer non pre sales questions (whatever they mean by that) but if you ask about downloading back up saves they suddenly say they don't answer questions that aren't about pre sales, after they had just told me how to back up saves.
We are also being charged for an extra month only 3 days after another, their response to being questioned about it was to place the server on suspension and to wait.
They are either a scam or unbelievably inept server provider, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT RENT ANY FORM OF SERVERS FROM THEM!!
Oh Wow!
These guys keept stealing my money even after i quit their services about half a year ago!
Demanded a refund and all igot as reply was
"I can provide only pro rata credit at this point.
It also appears that your CC data was not cleared.
When did you clear it?"
These "thiefs" will be hearing from a lawyer if they dont shape the fuck up and get their shit together

Absolute sham of a company. Got a server four months ago, it didn't work very well so on the second day I requested a refund, which it clearly states you can do. I got to their ''customer service'' they say they pass it along, can't give me a phone number or speak to any kind of management about it. I've been waiting for four months for $11. It's not the money put the principle. Very greasy.

Got an ARK Survival Evolved server for some friends and myself. It didn't function right off the bat nobody could connect to it. I spent hours trying my own fixes along with everything suggested in the "Knowledge Bank", nothing worked. So I put in a ticket. A day later they replied telling me not to touch the server while they worked on it.

Right after seeing that I looked up reviews and realized I had made a mistake buying from them. I immediately put in 2 tickets requesting service cancellation and a refund, this was only roughly 28 hours after initial purchase. One ticket went to "Billing" the other to "Sales" within an hour the sales side merged the ticket with the billing one. Four days later they send a message saying the server is back up and should be working. They however have not replied whatsoever to my cancellation/Refund ticket.

Do not buy from this service they are practically a scam. I still have not received a refund will likely never receive it and have never once connected to the server.

Wow where to start as they are so awful in all aspects Tech Support and Billing.
As for tech support it takes 24 hrs to respond, This is acceptable but they will respond usually with some dumb response that doesn't resolve the issue and then when you reply back that the issue is still not resolved they ignore you and close the case after 3 days for no response. They where the person who didn't respond. I had to re-open a ticket twice because they did not respond except for the very first BS reply. I finally got help after opening multiple tickets complaining about the horrible support. In Billing, Sales and Abuse before they resolved the issue.

Now for there billing tactics, When I signed up their system insisted I pay in British pounds. And I accepted. Well after the vote on Britain leaving the EU the pound dropped. So they figured the best way to handle a drop in revenue was to wait until my pre-approved payment went through and then immediately suspend my account saying I owed them money. I checked my paypal and I had payed them on time and the exact amount we had agreed on.
Well when I inquired what was going on they stated because of the drop in the pound they needed me to pay in US dollars sure it would still work out around the same in Canadian. The issue was I got no notice and was blind sided with this then my server was held in ransom until I payed them more, after I had already payed them in the currency the originally asked for. it took me three weeks to get this resolved. they finally dropped the extra charges for the month as long as I change my billing over to US which I agreed to, but I had payed for a full month and only got less than a week out of it, They refuse to compensate as their attitude was it wasn't there fault the Pound dropped. Well it wasn't my fault either. That is what happens when you pay in international Currency and it was their decision for me to pay in the Pound so as far as I was concern that was risk to take as I am sure if the Pound had gone up they would not of refunded me the difference.

So stay away from them.

No support whatsoever. The sales team will answer your questions immediately, tech support takes forever to answer a question, and then it is a one sentence answer, that does not address the problem at all. And there "one-click solutions" don't work more than half the time. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Citadel Server are beyond a joke, and borderline a fruad.
5 days past sicne they said a new service would be moved to a new Node so it can be setup correctly. 9 days since the server was ordered.
Still waiting for the service to be setup.

Refund are only to thier account credit and not back into paypal, there is no saftey in ordering. You're commited to the company once you click pay and that is a massive mistake.

Would avoid at all costs.

Bought a Grav server. Unbelievably poor quality. Constant lag and disconnections. The web interface is unusable because of the slowness too. I asked to cancel the server and for a refund several days ago and they have not canceled the server nor refunded me. I suspect they are trying to keep it running long enough to claim I'm outside their refund window.

Oh and to top it all off they have an option in their web console to kill the grav server instance, and warn that it will affect ALL OTHER GRAV SERVERS! They give the customers the ability to kill other customer's servers any time they want. Unbelievably gross incompetence.

I wish I had looked up some reviews of this host beforehand.

Purchased an Avorion server in AUS paid extra for it. After a couple of days wondering why the server has such long delays responding to players
I looked into it. It turns out they hosted it in the US at a location I would get 500ping to even though I paid for Sydney AUS.
I sent them a ticket they replied that they had no extra nodes in AUS so they hosted in the US. I asked about what they were going to do about it and how long. Ticket closed. I reopened it and added no reply at all?

The answer ticket closed.

I would look elsewhere for Ark: Survival Evolved hosting. We tried them for a few months. We had issues right off the bat, and they were slow to respond (MUCH slower than the sales team might I add). Their attempt to remedy our issues lasted a few weeks. However ultimately we were forced to leave after over a month of slowly degrading performance to the point where the server would crash repeatedly and the Web panel would be inaccessible for long periods of time. I pulled the plug after submitting a ticket over a downed server and waiting for over 24hrs to get a response. It was only after I requested cancellation that they responded to my ticket. Our current provider runs our services completely lag free.

HEADS UP.
DO NOT use citadel servers to host your game. I signed up last weekend, and it was never connected. I contacted them within an hour or so after purchase to cancel and get a refund, which we were able to get seeing as we cancelled within the 3 day period.

They have now stopped responding to me.
After more research they are a shotty company there servers are always down or just do not get connected, never get responses from customer service etc.

Just want to let my mistake be a forewarning to y'all.

Servers ping is good. Too bad it's always offline, i bought it 2 days ago, it worked for 3 hours total. Support is useless, no response, no explanation, they said "we are working on it", and ignored every question or comment i made. So bad.

I should have read these reviews before i purchased my gaming server. I used to run a hosting company and these people are HORRIBLE! Ignored tickets for days, putting tickets on hold, not offering full refunds if not happy within 10 hours of having their service.

I would not be at all surprised if they were just a one person outfit running a reseller only (reselling everyone elses products) out of their bedroom computer. I would also not be surprised if they didnt even have a real business license, i have friends in the UK i will check up on that one.

They use WHMCS to bill their service products and they bought a fancy theme to make it look professional and they use TCADMIN for their gaming panel. None of this software is theres, its all someone elses front page products that they purchase on a monthly/annual basis. This is how normal people are able to get into the hosting business folks, its all plug and play, fill in the forms and your a hosting company. All you need to do is to contact a real hosting company to resell their products and services. This is exactly what i feel these people are doing and they have very little experience in actual hosting.

Since i could not get a refund i will be riding out the month, then im gone... Dont use these people, get a real hosting company with real service and real tech people that know what they are doing. Best wishes to everyone...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I had an ARK server with them, setup with auto-pay. They double billed for my second month. I opened a ticket about this and not only did it take 2 weeks to receive a response but my ticket was closed out 4 times within that two weeks with out a response.

When I finally did get a response their answer, in a nutshell, was: "It's your fault. We didn't double bill you."

When I explained I had autobilling set up and did not touch any payment options since then they told me that that was impossible and refused to refund me. Then they basically told me to cancel services if I didn't like what they had to say.

I was reluctant to set up my own server as I thought it would be difficult but after going with Citadel Servers all those thoughts went. They helped me with whatever problem I was having no matter how big or small, i bought a Ark survival evolved gameservers, Voice Server and Webhosting and everything has worked perfectly, Citadel have answered my tickets extremely fast and i got my gaming clan's website up easy with their help, thanks so much for everything guys, you are the best!

DO NOT USE CITADEL SERVERS!!! They charged my card double what my monthly rate was TWICE in a period of a week, and refused to refund me the $60 USD they STOLE from my account. I will never be using them again, a bunch of crooks and thieves. I had been using their service for about 3 months when this started and always have connection issues, don't be lured in by the price, they steal from you anyway.

I really can't brag on these guys enough. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to things like server files, installation files, and whatever else files!

That's why I went with Citadel because they claimed to have everything right there, ready to go, and they did. Once I paid for the Wurm Unlimited server hosting, my server was running in about 2 minutes!

Every single time I've had a question, someone has responded to me within, literally, 2 minutes. They have guided me through all kinds of things that didn't even have to do with the server issues! I really can't write enough reviews for them. 10/5 stars for sure.

I haven't come across any of their staff that has been rude or even slightly unhelpful. James A, David T., they're all awesome and deserve major kudos.

If you're thinking about going with Citadel, stop thinking and just do it. You'll seriously not find service better than that!

Began with buying an ARK server from them, good price and when I hit a few issues with the Steam Updater in their control panel not working correctly they had it sorted and fixed and my group's server updated in under 20 minutes.

After some good times, we decided to pick up a dedicated server with them. They didn't seem to offer any locations, but when we inquired directly in the Live Chat we found out they have several locations available.
They had great prices, but we were just slightly low on the funds with the 1-time setup fee for a great deal of a server.

They allowed us to split the fee up, to make it in a couple payments, allowing us to make the purchase. They also stuck around in the live chat to answer some setup questions for us.

I plan on keeping my ARK server and likely picking up a TS3 service with them while we run other game servers from our new dedi.

Fast, friendly, priced well, able to answer questions, and customer service that they should be proud of.
Will recommend to any gamer I know or meet looking for a host. 100%.
