“The team at Board Bookit is wonderful. I found the software very easy to use. ” Overall: Share with team members from all over the world and the ease of use! Pros: I really like that I am able to assign access to documents to all necessary parties in our organization. Our personnel are world wide and this provides one stop access. Cons: It is expensive. There are other programs out there that have similar features for less money. That said, I haven't used those other sites so I cannot comment on their advantages or disadvantages.

“Useful Software for Boards” Pros: Ease of use, value, central area to share information that can also be downloaded as a PDF or viewed directly from the agenda. Cons: Inability to load more than one file per agenda item. Inability to select separate group/committee among a single meeting for material access. (ex. Executive session in a board meeting - cannot remote staff from viewing those materials and rather have to set it up as a separate meeting)
