Comments: Would like more tweaking for HOA management. We have benefited from the use of the program for ease of use with flexibility to use anywhere at anytime from our cell phones. Pros: Price, customer service, majority of the features. The price allows us to be able to use the program because we do only HOA management. Customer service has been very responsive and timely. The Majority of the features are well done, however, doing only HOA there are some areas that could be improved upon. Overall very happy with Appfolio. Cons: Needs more tweaking for HOA management which is all we do. Unless I am missing it, tro name a few, need an Owner directory report which includes the % of ownership of each unit with a total at the bottom; an a/r and prepaid on one document; Tenant unpaid charges needs to drop the word Tenant.

Comments: If Appfolio implemented an inspection system that could allow for signature I would give them A++. They have an inspection system but it can be edited at anytime and doesn't have a signature process that closes the inspection out (similar to the lease process). Because of this I give them an A. Pros: Appfolio continues to add integrations that make sense and continue to drive innovation. We don't need everything they come up with but unlike their competitors they're not behind on 99% of the tech out there. Cons: There are a few software additions they have pushed out that very few people seem to actually need but things like online signature for inspections remain unresolved/not really responded to in the same way as other product feature forums. The online inspection has more votes and more comments than several of the items that got implemented. This is the one thing that seems to be critical to every type of pm business that appfolio hasn't truly given great thought to imo.

Comments: It is a great product for owner managers and AppFolio is constantly improving the software based on our requests and comments. Pros: Allows me to run my property relating to the issues I want to focus on and do it in real time. AppFolio is constantly improving the software to meet property owners, managers needs and requests. Cons: It takes some time with self help articles and customer support to really be able to use all the features on AppFolio. One cannot just sign up and know everything at once. I have been doing it for 2 years now and am pretty good at navigating the features.
