I use these guys for my reseller account - and recommend them to my clients, and co-workers. I have used other bigger firms (even some international ones), with the same or similar services and they left a bad taste a lot of the time. In the past, with other suppliers, support tickets have been open for weeks, sometimes. It's not on if you have paying clients, who rely on their websites. With regards to WebHostUK, nothing beats the speed at which these guys deal with support/tech issues. I have NEVER posted a support ticket, as their live support is available, quick, effective and there has never been a time where my problem wasn't resolved.
