I have been a customer in tech hosts for more than three years. Last week a server has crashed (disk failure) and some data were lost of one of my client's account. After 5 days of downtime in the new server, the company refused even to provide me a clear answer of what happened to this account and the migration process failed. Even though, remote backups were supposed to be taken on reseller account, this was not the case on this server and my client lost his data! Be careful, tech hosts hosting is quite unreliable!
