The Mobile App and Web Dashboard are the two key components of Rakuna solution which makes up the Rakuna platform for all of Rakuna products. These two are to be used at the same time: Mobile App for candidate capturing and Web Dashboard for all-in-one recruiting management.

Rakuna platform can be integrated with Applicant Tracking Systems (or ATS’s) which is widely and compulsorily used by companies to keep track of their talents. Candidate and their information, which are captured and built by Rakuna platform, can be transferred to the ATS’s if they are set up for integration.

Rakuna offers a complete suite of services for campus recruiters to streamline their operations and boost efficiency. Our solution suites include a Recruit Mobile App, Recruit Web dashboard, Event Management, Recruiting CRM, and Interview Management.

1. Rakuna App: The mobile app, available on iOS and Android, allows for Instant Candidate Resume Capture and recruiters to be 100% engaged with candidates while collecting required information at fingertips. The app also features round-the-clock online and offline support.


2. Rakuna Dashboard: With Recruit Dashboard, recruiters and talent acquisition leaders can dive deep into metrics reports, design evaluation forms, collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team, and customize automated follow-up emails to send to candidates for better candidate relationship management.


3. Event Management: Event Management helps recruiting teams stay connected and makes candidates follow-up centralized all in one place, thus simplifying the campus and event recruiting management. Recruiters and managers can easily review event data, staff duties, candidate evaluation, and more.


4. Interview Scheduling: Interview Management is Rakuna’s newest addition to the product suite. With Interview Management, recruiting coordinators can schedule interviews with interviewers and candidates quickly to fasten the hiring process, thus improving the candidate
