I've dealt with many hosting companies, either directly for my own service, or via my clients, and Nimbus are in a different league.
From the initial setup of a new server, to support, they have made me feel like a valued customer (yes, I know, cliche, but it was the best description I could think of). It's a very personal service.
The migration of websites they initially did for me were effortless, and on the few occasions I've asked for support, or just a question, they have been quick to respond and it's never taken more than one attempt to get done/fixed what I needed.
I now have a second server with them and will be adding more.
