These guys offer great support for small business guys - like me. I don't have time to troubleshoot every little technical mishap that happens while I'm working up changes to our web presence... and, these guys take care of that by offering great, truly technical support. No matter what my issue has been - regarding redirects, backend server commands, or anything really... they've been able to work me through to a solution. Chuck, one of the best guys around, is sure to help you out if you ever get into a tight spot. I found this company on Reddit and couldn't be happier that I made the switch to their hosting services from a LARGE company that shall not be named. I now have multiple accounts for different entities hosted with Kickassd - and, I couldn't be happier. Oh, and my speeds are very fast, even though I'm in the southern US and they're in Canada. Chuck is my hero too! They transferred my site (very old) site for free with few issues in February 2016, when they were just starting out. Another company, who charged $100, failed to transfer the site after 3 months! (I cancelled for free just before the deadline when it became obvious it would never happen with them). The site is lightning fast, and the support is "fanatical" as touted on their website.

I've been working in web development & content marketing for about 10 years now, but only recently did I find Kickassd after having a grim experience with A2 hosting and their absolutely false claims of being the fastest host. I've been running a site for about 6 months now that relies on organic SEO for traffic - so speed is of particular importance to me in making certain that I'm giving myself the best chance to rank higher (and better UX of course). A2 absolutely failed to deliver, and I took someone's suggestion and spoke to Chuck at Kickassd. They transferred my whole site overnight, then my domain for a very small fee, set everything up and were positive and communicative throughout the whole process. Cancelling A2's garbage service was satisfying. The speeds I'm getting now, even on their most basic plan, are in the high 90s in gmetrix. So basically, Kickassd is delivering A2's promises for me now. I've also spent a lot of time using Godaddy's hosting in the past, and while I feel like they also take a hot dump on A2, Kickassd has been the fastest, fairest, and friendliest host of all - I'll continue making recommendations to other webmasters on their behalf because I actually feel confident that they'll prove me right.
