I have used hosting since 1998. I moved to Kickassd a year ago. As you can see I gave their hosting 5 stars. I have had problems pop up with plugins inside Wordpress. And I would ask for help and support would either fix my problem or show me how to fix it. The speed is outstanding. I plan on staying with this hosting a long time. Support is fast.
