Chuck is my hero too! They transferred my site (very old) site for free with few issues in February 2016, when they were just starting out. Another company, who charged $100, failed to transfer the site after 3 months! (I cancelled for free just before the deadline when it became obvious it would never happen with them). The site is lightning fast, and the support is "fanatical" as touted on their website.
