Milesweb is cheater, Hiding terms and condition behind main line. so basically its misleading information. that thing is hiding behind actually, so this is again misleading information.; when we bring cursor than that thing is highlighting which means there is no guidance written correctly that free domain is selective, when you are hiding terms and condition than as a common user, no one knows that terms and condition is hiding. this is cheating and i m going to post this everywhere in social media, trustpilot and google too. Also i m looking for my refund that why the hell you are taking newzealand clients when u cant provide newzealand domain. I would like to transfer to other hosting provider. i will make sure that your company isnt trust worthy anymore as you dont know power of socia media and newspaper too. Because i m right and you know it. Suppose if you have written on wqqebsite in small letter underneathfree domain for 1 year then also we can consider that but here "Free domain for first year (.com, .in, co.in)" is hiding behind main line :Free domain for your first year and when we bring cursor at that line then your terms and condition is getting highlighted.

?? SCAM ALERT – Avoid MileWeb at All Costs! ?? I purchased the Shared Hosting - Elite Plan from MileWeb on 29/03/2025, paying ?4044.10. Within a few hours, I realized the service was not up to the mark and immediately cancelled the plan the same day. I raised a support ticket (#MW6042229) requesting a refund. As of 08/04/2025, I have received no refund, no proper communication, and only shady replies from their so-called support team. This is a TOTAL SCAM – they advertise "money-back guarantees" but don’t honor them. Their customer support is full of scammers who dodge your concerns and provide no real help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILEWEB. Save your money and choose a genuine, trustworthy hosting provider. This company is only out to loot unsuspecting customers.

This company is a fraud, a trap where initially you will get a mind-blowing pricing and then initial 1~2 months the service, performance of a server, migration help, are all great, then the twist comes, they stop replying tickets, their support starts talking crap, start reducing your performance, then their final outcome comes as you are getting so many issues we request you to upgrade to VPS, DEdicated, etc In my 3 years of hosting experience with miles web, I've liked more than 500 tickets raised with them, out of which max are related to issues created by them.
