Great Product! Great implementation experience. Was able to take payroll process from 1.5 days to 3 hours Pros Functionality, ease of use, hr& payroll in one system. Ability to create own content in University, better employee tracking from an HR perspective Cons Having to purchase mojo in order to conduct performance reviews-i wish it was included with hcm. I'm just starting to figure out what I don't have access to as an administrator.

AssetHR and iSolved It has been very good and has resolved many issues from streamline the payroll process, data entry and eliminating errors. We are excited about adding iHire to our platform. Also, the open enrollment function ROCKS! Pros AssetHR and their customer services is above industry standards. They are responsive and helpful EVERY time we need assistance or have a "dumb" question. Love the relationship we have with the team and technology is great. Cons Sometimes the main tabs can be confusing as I am a new user. Not clear where to find things. Reasons for Choosing iSolved The ability to have the relationship with AssetHR as well as their support. As shared earlier their customer service is par to none.

We recently were forced to switch to iSolved. They are AWFUL. Unresponsive to emails, email to upper management not available. Upgrade specialist-Felicia, once she flipped the swich wouldn't answer any emails or call back. Awful, Awful, Awful customer service. If I had a choice I would never have endorsed this switch!

Horrible payroll company. Sage switched to ISolved and we were never emailed with a new client number or login. We haven't been able to access our payroll or online account for the past two weeks. I tried processing payroll yesterday via phone and nobody from their company could help us. It took multiple people to even locate our account! It seems their team has been left in the dark with the switch from the old system to their new one. Payroll still hasn't been processed and I have been on hold AND waiting for a call back for the better part of an hour. Spent most of my day trying to get this fixed yesterday. We are leaving this company, because we can't do business under these conditions. This is a waste of our time and money. We do NOT recommend this company.

Had to use Infinisource for COBRA. Paid my premiums on time but they didnβt get the money to the dental carrier, therefore my claims did not get paid. Quite embarrassing when your dentist calls you and says your coverage was terminated but it was due to poor administrator.

Very easy system to use and it's great having payroll & time/attendance in a all in one system. It i"solved" our problem with time savings! Pros Ease of use, friendly customer service, great use for salaried employees and supervisors being able to enter in their own punches or their staffs. Overall the system is a PRO itself. Cons Sometimes the PTO balances screen "time off balances" can be confusing to employees on finding out how much PTO they have left to use in the year. Otherwise, nothing major, it's great system!

Good Product for Payroll Pros We started using this product in January for our payroll. It takes some getting used to but it is quite easy to use and navigate. Cons The only con is that at least for me the reports seem to be lacking. I look for specific reports that were not available on this system. I had to contact our payroll representative to get me some reports that should have been a no brainer to obtain online.

Super like Pros I really like isolved. There are a ton of features that can be personalized and used as needed. Functionality is intuitive and responsive. Customer service is great. Cons I have not run into any real issues at this time. Sometimes report generation is a bit slow, but nothing worth noting.
