I have used Hostway since 2006, I have registered a numerous amount of domain names. I also hosted a number of websites with them. Whenever I call to get technical support they also resolve it in the shortest possible time. Hostway was recommended to me by a friend and I have not looked back since. When I upgraded to a smartphone a few years ago and wanted to add my Hostway email, I had to call them and I dealt with a very nice customer service representative on the phone who was very helpful to me.
