Barely two months in on an enterprise rollout and I keep coming back to how clean the UI actually is. No-code workflow builder, drag-and-drop everything, and my non-technical colleagues picked it up faster than any CRM I've pushed out before. For an enterprise rollout across multiple business units, the per-module licensing model ended up being more cost-effective than I expected. We could buy Sales and Service Creatio separately rather than swallowing a bloated bundle we'd never fully use. Genuinely good value at this scale.
