Two years in as a solo operator, and the no-code workflow builder is genuinely impressive. Building out sales pipelines without touching a single line of code? That part works. Where it gets messy is integrations. Native connectors exist, but several tools I rely on daily (accounting, project tracking, email marketing) require either the marketplace or custom API work that feels too heavy for a one-person setup. Support helped once, then went quiet for weeks on a follow-up ticket. Good bones, frustrating edges.
