The dashboards alone justified the switch. Three years into running donor and program reporting through Creatio, I can pull a board-ready analytics summary in minutes rather than cobbling one together from four spreadsheets. The no-code report builder is genuinely accessible for non-technical staff, which matters a lot in a nonprofit context where IT support is thin.
A couple of the default dashboard widgets took some configuring before they made sense for education metrics, but their support team walked my colleague through it without much fuss. Solid platform for organizations that need real visibility into their data.
