If you have domain names in ZnetLive, I suggest you transfer them to other registrar. Znetliive is a terrible domain name registrar, the following are the reasons: 1. Their renewal fee is more higher than the original price when you register or transfer your domain to them. 2. Transferring your domain away from ZnetLive is very hassle. They don't even have any documentation about transferring domain away from ZnetLive. To be able to trigger the transfer, you will need to open a ticket addressing their billing team to request to unlock your domain and get the Authorization code (EPP code). You will consume more than one hour before you get your request. 3. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to get reply from them for your support ticket. 4. If you have updated/modified the WHOIS contact information of your domain, it will be locked for 60 days and transferring it will not be permitted. Other registrar like Godaddy can bypass this 60 lock from modified WHOIS contact information but in ZnetLive, bypass the 60 days lock is not possible to them. Its very pathetic, I wonder what else they can't do but other registrars are capable. It will be more terrible if your domain is going to expire in the range of 60 days lock, that means you will be forced cancel your transfer with your other registrar and renew your domain in ZnetLive. Its like they are holding their customers who wants to leave ZnetLive as prisoners. If there were just negative stars, negative 5 stars they will receive from me.

I’ve used 5 or 6 web hosting service providers over the last 7 years, including zNetlive and many of the popular shared hosting providers. The one I keep coming back to is LiveMNC.com, where I currently host more than ten domains. It’s a great host for sites with low to medium traffic and everything you want is easy to set up. I’ve been impressed with their uptime and their tech support department is extremely responsive and helpful if there’s ever an issue. My 7 to 8 years support/sales exprince is good with both webhosting campanes :- 1) zNetlive.com 2) LiveMNC.com

I have been with Znet now for about 8 months and never had any issues with their service. Even when I moved over from the other host, my server went down and it was a simple phone call and they explained me everything and I was back up and going again.
