We were initially cautious in engaging Superfluity given bad experience with other agencies in the last 12 months. Four months down the line and we only wish we'd engaged them sooner. Initially, Superfluity helped grow our social presence and reach on Twitter quickly and effectively and made social media a high performing channel for us. Vitally, that gave us confidence in their digital and content led approach and in their ability to deliver. Consequently, we were convinced by them to move from a traditional led marketing strategy towards one which placed marketing automation and content marketing at the centre of our business. Embracing this has really pushed myself and the team in an exciting new direction with our demand generation, drip marketing, lead nurturing and customer relationship marketing. We're still early on in our relationship with Superfluity but they provide us with excellent value for money, they frequently go above and beyond and they constantly innovate. We've been especially impressed by Superfluity's ability to really get underneath our business and crystallise that knowledge into insightful content and successful marketing strategy. Being able to internally converge social, digital and automation across our b2b and b2c markets was an aspiration for us but the requisite experience to adopt and implement automation ourselves was an overwhelming and expensive challenge and we just weren't convinced by other agencies we looked at who all seemed to solely focus on accumulating clients. It was thus a tremendous benefit to be able to outsource the 'mission control' of all of that to a single trusted and credible partner with a mature team and we always feel like they give us their full attention. It's not a stretch to say that they have directly helped transform our business.
