I know you guys are merged, and then you switched from Citrix (stable platform that was backed up in more than one fracking location) to Microsoft remote desktop (unstable and NOT backed up). And I've tried being patient, but that is over. You guys are down on a regular basis and I walk into our clinic every day never knowing if we have our service or not. Wow. This post is going everywhere I can put it. I really think that other potential customers need to know what the heck is going on with your company. Am I pissed at this point in time? Yes.
