The e-manifest submission feature is what I keep coming back to. Two years in, I still appreciate how clearly it handles both CBP and CBSA filings inside one workflow. No toggling between portals, no second-guessing which fields apply to which border. For a small team scaling fast, that clarity saves real headaches at dispatch.
My one gripe is that the reporting side feels a bit thin. I can pull submission history, but filtering by driver or date range is clunkier than it should be. Customer service, though, has never let me down. My assigned rep picks up. Every time.
