Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Konexial's My20 ELD handles compliance reliably, but support responsiveness and edge-case handling need work for demanding operations.
Both users praise the core compliance experience and appreciate the dashcam integration for driver coaching. The HOS logging is straightforward, and GoLoad's visibility features prove useful for fleet coordination. One reviewer particularly values how the product has made regulatory oversight stress-free, especially for non-profit fleets juggling tight budgets and tight schedules.
The main friction points centre on support timing and operational gaps. The first user waited nearly four days for a response to a critical ELD sync issueβunacceptable when vehicles are live and compliance is at risk. The second user found support more responsive once engaged, but flagged inconsistent syncing behaviour in low-connectivity areas and clunky handling of multi-stop routes with irregular timing. Neither issue is a deal-breaker in isolation, but they add manual work and complexity for fleets operating outside standard point-to-point patterns.
Both reviewers seem willing to work with the product despite its limits. Onboarding documentation could be sharper, and the product works best for straightforward operations. If your fleet runs predictable routes and has internal capacity to troubleshoot, Konexial delivers solid value. If you need rapid support or operate in unpredictable conditions, test carefully first.

βSomewhere around week six, I filed a support ticket aboutβ¦β
Somewhere around week six, I filed a support ticket about a My20 ELD sync issue that was throwing off our drivers' logs. The first response took nearly four days. Four days, when our vehicles were still on the road and compliance was a real concern. When someone finally picked it up, they were knowledgeable and walked me through the fix patiently, so the quality of help, once it arrived, was genuinely good. It just took way too long to get there. For a non-profit running a small educational transport fleet, we don't have the staff to chase down answers.
On the feature side, the My20 app itself is fairly intuitive, and the dashcam integration is something I appreciated more than I expected. Driver coaching clips have already sparked some useful conversations with our staff. GoLoad doesn't apply to our context, so I can't speak to that. The value proposition is reasonable if your team can absorb some wait time on support. I'm not sold yet, but I'm not walking away either.

βAbout eight weeks into running My20 ELD across our smallβ¦β
About eight weeks into running My20 ELD across our small driver fleet, and I have to say the FMCSA compliance side has been the least stressful part of this whole rollout. For a non-profit operating donated trucks on community routes, that matters a lot. The HOS logging is clean, the LogiCam dashcam integration caught a couple of coaching moments I would have completely missed, and GoLoad's visibility features are genuinely useful when we're coordinating pickups across a wide region. Onboarding documentation could be sharper, but the support team filled the gaps quickly.
Where things got interesting was the edge cases. Drivers occasionally operate in areas with spotty cellular coverage, and syncing behavior in those dead zones is inconsistent. Sometimes logs catch up fine. Twice, I had to manually reconcile entries, which isn't a huge deal but adds friction. There's also a quirk where the app doesn't handle multi-stop routes with irregular return timing as gracefully as I'd hoped. Not dealbreakers, especially at this price point, but worth knowing if your operation runs anything outside a standard point-to-point pattern.
