This unfortunately keeps silo'd knowledge silo'd and prevents true change management. When we did have questions, we could not get local support. Questions were entered for team in Berlin. Interface is easy to use however many relationship abilities are not available. Most things are single use and captured only in diagram and not able to reuse. Good tool to just draw process maps. Company could not scale with us and did not allow us to capture GRC information as effectively as they said we could during the demo.
