The customer service is not helpful. Even with their help, we are unable to properly configure the systems to handle two-line capability. The system will not call leads first, so we have spent more time than it's worth. I would recommend trying everything else before this product unless you want to invest serious time and money.

This company needs to go out of business. Worst of the worst service you can get for your office. Been on hold for 30 minutes while I'm being kicked up to "Third Tier Support," I do not recommend Ring Central for businesses

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Ever since I first signed up they have obviously changed the way they handle customer service. Originally they had their own call center with staffed agents. Then I started noticing situations where they had "level" techs. These were basically glorified secretaries that took all your information, said pretty words and then transferred to someone who dealt with the issue. It was inconvenient and time consuming but it wasn't a horrible experience. Now when you call it is straight up a call center reading off a script. They have no idea what the product even is and they just try to help you by pointing out the website FAQs or telling you something they are reading off a piece of paper. They are trained so horribly that you can actually detect the timing when they are reading off the paper. Horrible customer service.

Ring Central is THE WORST!!! We have had problems since the day our system was installed. When we call for support we are put on hold for two hours or longer.

I wrote letters to the CEO and SVP of Customer Service at Ring Central MONTHS ago with NO response whatsoever.

We are trying to cancel our service but have been told we can only do so by calling a specific phone number but when we call we are put on hold and no one ever comes to the phone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY…BAD NEWS!!!he absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and read the countless reviews of customers having the same issues as myself. I also have multiple clients with 10-50 phone lines who are scrambling to get away from Ring Central!

If I could give negative stars I would. This service was forced on us from our corporate office, replacing our normal landline phones that used to ring in our office with NO issues. We have constant dropped calls, calls where you hear every 10th word, calls where you hear nothing at all. Sometimes, the calls don't even register, and all the sudden a voicemail pops up (that you probably can't understand anyway) Constantly having to log out and log back in to "reset" it. We have the best internet available to us and have nothing but issues with this service.

FAILURE AFTER FAILURE !!
It is not dependable. The dial plan doesn't consistently work as it should. Connecting calls doesn't work properly.
This company has completely devastated by business. I would never use them for anything ever again.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I only signed up for 12 months of service. I feel very sorry for anyone who has 2 years, 3 years or more on contract with this company. If I wasn't "on the hook" for 12 months, I would switch to ANY other Cloud phone service. I wish I could go back in time and prevent myself from ordering anything from RingCentral.

Buyer beware. We signed up for this service four months ago and have had nothing but a nightmare experience. The call quality is terrible, their customer service reps while polite waste your time running through the same "trouble shooting steps" but can never figure out how to fix a problem. This company has completely devastated by business.

Our business phone system went down and in a week they couldn't fix it. It basically put us out of business for the week. The tech team kept pushing me onto one another back and forth it was awful. Finally we just mutually pulled the plug on each other. I would never use them for anything ever again.

Service is spotty and calls are dropped. Very annoying is their billing which becomes overdue after two weeks and they charge a late charge. This company appears to be in trouble financially, probably because it's service frequently doesn't work A dysfunctional company.

I had the ringcentral service for 1 year and always having problems with service and it's very hard to reach the customer service.I paid for the one year service and they wont tell you your creditcard will be charged automatically every year.So please beware of sign up for longterm contracts.

I installed RingCentral a month ago and have had nothing but problems. Customer service is worst and the applications has had all kinds of problems: quality issues, softphone issues, app on mobile device doesn't work at all. I can go on and on. It would be nice to find another Cloud based phone provider that actually works.

I just signed up with RingCentral after seeing an ad. I was amazed on how knowledgeable the sales rep (Martin) was. He was able to provide me with a solution and we are now working on implementing the cloud phone solution for our entire company. Time to get rid of our old BT solution.
