Logicalware is a fantastic tool for our CS team. We were having internal issues and needed a system which could provide an easy solution to responding to our customers. The reporting functions ensure that would SLAs are now improving. Great tool, thanks.

Excellent product, very happy with the usability features. The ticketing based system (which is hosted) was very simple to understand and although Logicalware does offer a demo, this wasn't needed. I was able to pick up the phone and speak with a member of the team. Very happy I have gone with them.
