They are ok until you need support. The phone number they supply isn't manned and your messages are never returned. Emails are also ignored

My diary system isn't working correctly and showing incorrect information. Including showing me as not available for appointments or the other issue of sometimes allowing bookings 24 hours a day, when I am only open 9am-7pm

Maybe if you are a large company, they may care

A fantastic system. Extremely well priced for the functionality and continuously growing. In the shor time I've been using the system, I've seen them add some massive changes to the diary system, online booking and the till - all very welcome changes as they've made my life a hell of a lot easier! Quick pay, group bookings and the private view are REALLY welcome additions with no additional cost passed onto me!
