It started out as a good idea but turned out wrong. As an NON-UK resident pandle does not work for me, the system nor the support team have a clue how to book European transfers or expenses, not capable of calculating tax refund from different European countries and so on. Support was also not that great; you are more a number to file the accounting books with than a person. As mentioned, I made a bad call on selecting Pandle, what is sadder is that when I ask for some refund on my upfront payment for a year including for four taxes submission, which they never did, nobody was home. HMRC was not so pleased with the fact that never had any tax declaration filled, but I solved it all, on my own. Very happy I found Legders Accountancy, they know me personally and replies to my emails.

I have found Pandle to be very straightforward, covering everything I need for the clients of my accountancy practice. The helpdesk is exactly that - helpful. Response is almost straight away which is very useful. I have been using Sage for about 25 years and am a big fan; I have used Xero, Wave and another that I cannot remember but for the future will be putting clients on Pandle because it ticks all the boxes and it is cheap which is an important consideration.
