Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
OnPage delivers reliable alert delivery that users consistently trust for critical 24/7 notifications. The app excels at getting through when it mattersβit bypasses do-not-disturb settings on both iPhone and Android, persists until acknowledged, and integrates well with monitoring systems and ticketing platforms like ConnectWise and AutoTask. Users across healthcare, IT, and emergency services praise the speed of notifications and the ability to replace outdated pager hardware, plus they appreciate responsive customer support.
The main friction points cluster around notification sounds and interface design. Multiple users find the default alert tones too loud or jarring, with limited customization options. Some note that the app can be a battery drain on iPhones, and the web dashboard feels clunky to navigate. A few users mention occasional app hangs or slowness requiring logout/login cycles, though these seem infrequent. Scheduling features work well overall, though a couple of users want better integration with calendars like Outlook and easier schedule copying. One user noted pricing felt high for their needs.
Despite these minor complaints, the overwhelmingly positive reviews emphasize that OnPage solves the core problem: ensuring time-critical messages never get missed or lost in inbox clutter the way text and email do.

β"Finally, a way to be alerted for after hours criticalβ¦β
"Finally, a way to be alerted for after hours critical alerts from devices we manage" What do you like best? Our team leans heavily on AutoTask as our PSA. OnPage integrates well allowing our team to control when notifications come in. The ability to use a locally installed application on our phones is a plus. Their support team and sales team have been very helpful during the partnership. In the past it was difficult to make sure our service desk team received alerts for critical servers and networks after hours. Now, we have the ability to provide immediate alerting and response to better server our clients at all hours of the day.

β"Reliable and flexible - happy with the product" What doβ¦β
"Reliable and flexible - happy with the product" What do you like best? Reliable, flexible, many team members can use it simultaneously, easy to use, easy to turn off on vacation/away from work, good when managing a team. As a manager, it is useful since my team sometimes changes and their responsibilities change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Nothing - except that it wakes me up at night, haha. Seriously though, the only issue is the length of the phone numbers/unfamiliarity with the digits from Canada. I wish that it would allow a group text on the page received, so that everyone on the page knows that one of the team members responded without them having to text separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to physically hand over pagers, wanting to use one number for multiple team members.

β"Does What It's Meant to Do" What do you likeβ¦β
"Does What It's Meant to Do" What do you like best? Rings at set volume no matter what my phone norification/ ringer volume is set to. Has a choice of a couple different volumes and ringer sounds, but the default is loud and distinct enough that it can be heard clearly and never fails to wake me up. You can also have a backup system, so if a page is meant to come to me but I am unable to answer it it is set to automatically go to my backup after 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Pages used to not come through occasionally, especially when switching from WIFI to data on your phone. I havent had this happen in several months though. One member of our team does have this happen, but it's more likely an issue with her phone rather than the app as she is the only one with issues still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My techs werent answering phones when on call but this alert system has solved that for us.

β"Very reliable and efficient service" What do you like best?β¦β
"Very reliable and efficient service" What do you like best? Onpage is a very easy and reliable service to use. At our company Onpage quickly enabled us to setup alerts from our monitoring system ( Solarwinds ). And different of text messages ( not reliable and very difficult since we have team members in different countries ) it was easy to have a global standard. Also we were able to avoid those type of justification "I did not get the message...". The logs could show us if someone got or not the message. Also the escalation feature is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? At least for our needs I do not have complains or features I miss Onpage had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very reliable , simple to use and setup product. We just changed our system to send emails to x@onpage,com and the system immediatelly started working . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

β"Reliable On Call Paging System" What do you like best?β¦β
"Reliable On Call Paging System" What do you like best? Our agency's IT was using pagers for after-hours on call for at least the last 23 years. Receiving pages were becoming less and less reliable, even with new pagers. We went with OnPage early this year and have not regretted it. Our after-hours Help Desk phone transfers the caller to our OnPage dedicated phone number with a voice-mail message. Unlike our pagers and just receiving a callback number, OnPage allows us to receive a message in the app from the caller. They provide us with a name, number, and a brief message regarding the issue. It gives us information we can use to troubleshoot and/or resolve the issue before we even call the user. The escalation process has also come in handy several times when our on call person's phone was having issues. A supervisor was alerted after an hour of the page not being opened by the on call person.

"Great Paging system" What do you like best? Ease of creating and managing schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Lack of copying schedules and no calendar integration with other calendars like Outlook or ConnectWise Calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were looking for a more straightforward solution to creating on-call schedules as all the other solutions required a lot of manually creating each day, and exceptions were near impossible.
