"Fantastic paging for tech workers" What do you like best? Instead of carrying a physical pager, I continue to use my existing phone. The volume is extremely loud and there is no way to block it after first notification. If you miss the page, it will keep screaming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering the product: Your whole team has to buy in. It's all or nothing. But to be fair, for IT paging your whole team WILL need to buy in. I am part of a 3-person 24x5 team. When weekends come, we need to be able to be paged for critical issues and then manage response teams. Also, during normal working hours when we are in meetings or otherwise involved with something that takes our eyes off our monitoring systems, the pager lets us know when critical issues arise and we can quickly address them. Since we are tied to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on response time, we need the pager app to be timely in message delivery. OnPage is always timely and secure.

What do you like best? OnPage provides reliable alerting, along with workflow and audit capabilities, so that we can be sure that alerts are handled, who handled them, and how long the response took. The alerts can also be tracked and acknowledged. Workflows are able to be established to be sure alerts are handled appropriately and timely as well.

What do you like best? It provides seem less redundancy and no more pager being carried which gets lost or damaged. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great reliable service. The scheduling assistant makes creating the rotation a breeze.
